This website provides an electronic confidential reporting channel for ICCF group. It is for ICCF employees and other stakeholders to report the issues in relation to the business management and operation compliance. Please read the Reporting Instructions below carefully. You have no right to use this website unless you have read and accepted all the terms of the Reporting Instructions. Please note that issues covered by collective bargaining/union agreements should be raised using the issue-resolution mechanism created under the agreement. In addition, the platform does not deal with legal disputes involved.

Please complete the inputs and submission in one go if possible. For security, confidentiality and completeness, there are no "save" and "modify" functions on this website.
Reporting Instructions：
- ICCF respects and protects the personal information that you provide in this platform and in subsequent communications with the assigned investigators. This platform will keep the whistleblower's information strictly confidential, and the assigned investigators will not disclose the whistleblower's personal information, report handling and other details to the person being reported or to persons not related to the handling of the report.
- All personal information you provide via this website is purely voluntary. We encourage you to give us your name and contact information so that the assigned investigators can better investigate and respond. However, you may remain anonymous if you choose. Information sent via this website is encrypted during transmission. Depending on the information you provide or the nature of the matter reported, we may ask you to provide additional information, and you may choose whether to provide such additional information.
- You shall ensure that the information provided is true and legitimate, and does not contain any content that may violate applicable laws and regulations, such as technical data that is subject to any national export control laws and regulations. We will conduct an investigation after receiving valid information from you. Keep in mind the response may take a few weeks to get back to you.
- You must create a temporary ID and tracking password before you can log into the system to provide reporting information and check responses. This website does not provide password retrieval service. Please keep your temporary ID and tracking password properly.
- The response will be available for your review for 180 days after it is posted by the system and deleted forever. Through this website, you only have two opportunities to submit additional reporting content. If you need to submit more information, please send an email directly to: integrity@iccfgroup.com
- Report a single matter every time, and please not report on the same matter repeatedly.
- You acknowledge and agree that this website will store information necessary to facilitate your use of this website. We will collect, use, store and share your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Reporting Instructions and the Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict between the content of the personal information protection provisions of this Reporting Instructions and the above Privacy Policy, and if the some content of the personal information protection is not clearly stipulated in this Reporting Instructions, the content of the Privacy Policy shall prevail. The personal information you provide will only be used: (1) to resolve your inquiry or the incident you report; and/or (2) with all identifying information removed and in an aggregate form, for statistical and reporting purposes.
- You shall not publish in this platform in violation of the Constitution and other laws of the countries and regions we operate in, and shall not publish rumors, or defamation of others. The whistleblower bears all legal responsibility arising from his/her message or behavior.
